what this experience is like

My name is Nadezda Zavitaeva. I've been photographing people for more than a decade, and what I'm looking for has never changed: I want to see what's really there.

I'm a fine art portrait photographer working across the Eastside, in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Woodinville, and Bothell. I photograph women, maternity, newborn, children, families, and seniors.

Some sessions happen in a studio setting, some at home, some outdoors. The setting changes. What I'm looking for doesn't.

I work through movement and atmosphere, not rigid posing. Music, soft light, no rush. I'm watching for the moment when someone stops performing for the camera, when something real shows up instead.

Every session is the same price, the same length, the same care. The only thing that changes is where we shoot and what feels right for you.
